Unless otherwise agreed, terms used in this Privacy Policy will generally have the following definitions only:

These tools are designed to enable features such as ai Chat, ai Pictures, ai Videos, and provide You with innovative solutions. The terms of this Privacy Statement will govern Your use of the ai Products in connection with our Services, including through the Site or other services.

l You means the individual user accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity represented by that individual, as applicable.

2. Collection and use of Your personal data

We may collect Your personal data when You use our products or services or interact with us. Depending on the services You use and Your interaction with us, different types of data will be collected. In some cases, You may choose not to provide such data, but this may result in us not being able to provide You with the appropriate product or service, or may mean that we are unable to respond to or resolve any issues You raise.

We take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure that the personal data collected is the minimum necessary and relevant for the purposes of processing.

You can select ai Partner Preferences (e.g. Your preferred partner image and occupation), Conversation Preferences (e.g. the topics You would like to discuss) and Communication Preferences (e.g. the amount of time You like to use the site). Over time, based on Your use of the Services, we will also learn about Your interests and preferences to personalise Your conversations and Service features.

2.1.3 Purchase Information

If You use a feature that involves payment, our third-party payment service providers (e.g., Google Pay and Apple Pay) may collect information about the purchase or payment transaction, such as order information, purchase tokens, the product You purchased, the date and amount of the order, expiration dates, currency codes, and country codes.

2.1.4 Usage Data

Depending on the features You use, we may collect content You create or upload through the Services (e.g., prompts, text, images, audio, video recordings, and chat history that You enter), as well as information about how You use the Services (e.g., Your interactions with the Services, links and buttons You click on, and pages You visit).

2.1.5 Device Data

includes the operating system, manufacturer and model of Your computer or mobile device, browser type, IP address, device and cookie identifiers, and language settings.

2.1.6 Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on the Services and to store certain information. Tracking technologies used include beacons, tags and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyse our Services.

lCookie or Browser Cookie. Cookies are small files placed on Your device. You can instruct Your browser to reject all cookies or to prompt You when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use the following functions: automatic login, payment process memory (repeated verification is required) and other specific services.

l To manage Your account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Services. The personal data You provide enables You to access different features of the Services available to You as a registered user.

l To processe Your requests: to process and administer Your requests to us.

2.3 AI Model Training

In order to improve our service quality, we may use your input/output content to train AI models after de-identification process. You can request to turn off this feature by sending an email to our customer service email address, after which:

(1) Collected data continues to be used for existing models;

(2) New data is no longer used for training.

3.Sharing of Your personal data

3.1 We will only share Your personal data with selected recipients where necessary, including:

3.1.1 Service providers and business partners

We may share Your personal data with companies that help us run our business by processing personal data on our behalf for the purposes set out above. We will make reasonable efforts to review the privacy and data security practices of our vendors. We will ask these suppliers to agree to protect the data we share with them in accordance with this policy and to access, process or store Your personal information only in the course of fulfilling their duties to us, and will make clear to You the terms of these suppliers' privacy policies. This specifically includes:

Firebase SDK: We will share Your IP address, username, email address, iOS UDID or system-level Android Advertising ID, phone number, user agent string, Instance ID, crash traces, Breakpad minidump formatted data (NDK) (for crash reporting only), and device specifications (iOS). This information will be used to uniquely identify users for the purpose of providing statistical and data analytics services. 3.1.3 Competent Authorities and Other Interested Parties

We may share information with law enforcement, government authorities if VIDEOSHOW.ai is under a duty to disclose or share such personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of its business, customers, or others. If the request comes from a foreign jurisdiction, we will generally disclose the information in the good faith belief that the disclosure is permissible in both jurisdictions. In all cases, we may, in our sole discretion, raise or waive any legal objections or rights available to us.

3.1.4 Business Transferees

We may share information with acquirers and other relevant participants (including, but not limited to, financial advisors) in business transactions (or the negotiation of such transactions) involving the divestiture, merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganisation, sale or other disposal of all or part of VIDEOSHOW.ai's business or disposition of assets or disposition of an equity interest (including in connection with bankruptcy or similar proceedings), legal advisors) to share information. In such cases, we will notify You in advance and use reasonable endeavours to require the acquiring entity to comply with this Privacy Policy.

4.Retention of Your personal data

Company will retain Your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analyses. Usage data is typically retained for a shorter period of time, unless it is used to enhance security or improve the functionality of our services or we are legally obligated to retain it for a longer period of time.

5. Security of Your personal data

We use commercially reasonable industry-standard security techniques and safeguards to protect the personal data of our users processed by VIDEOSHOW.ai against unauthorised access, loss or destruction, unlawful processing, and any processing that is inconsistent with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We also expect our service providers to protect information in the same way. However, it is not possible to guarantee that data transfers over the Internet, mobile networks, wireless transmissions or electronic storage of information are 100% secure. It is Your responsibility to ensure the security of Your device as well as the credentials used to access this website. We recommend that You enable all available security features, such as passwords or fingerprint locks, to protect access to this website and any personal data stored or processed therein.

In the event of any personal data security incident, we will notify You of the basic information about the security incident and its possible impact, the measures we have taken or will take, proactive defence and risk mitigation recommendations and remedial measures, in accordance with the requirements of the local law, by means of e-mails, push notifications and the like. When it is difficult to notify data subjects individually, we will take appropriate and effective measures to publish security notifications. In addition, we will report on the handling of personal data security incidents as required by the supervisory authority.

6. Transfer of Your personal data

We use global cloud services to process and store Your personal data. Currently, our servers are located in the United States and Japan. In addition, we may rely on service providers around the world to support our operations and provide services to You. As a result, Your personal data may be transferred to third party service providers and business partners in different locations to fulfil the purposes described in this policy. If we transfer any personal data to a third country to fulfil one or more of the purposes described in this policy, we will do so in accordance with the requirements of applicable local data protection laws.

7.USER RIGHTS

To the extent required by the laws of Your jurisdiction, You may have one or more of the following rights. Before exercising any of the following rights, You may consult with Your legal advisor if the laws of Your jurisdiction require such rights. l Right to be informed: Users have the right to receive clear, transparent and easily understandable information about how VIDEOSHOW.ai collects and uses personal data and their rights.

l Right to data portability: the user has the right to receive his/her personal data held by VIDEOSHOW.ai in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to transmit this data to another controller.

l Right to object to processing: the user has the right to object to the processing of his/her personal data at any time, based on his/her specific situation.

l Right to complain: the user has the right to complain to his/her national supervisory authority about the way in which VIDEOSHOW.ai processes his/her personal data.

l Right to withdraw consent: If the User has given consent to VIDEOSHOW.ai to process his/her personal data in a specific way, the User has the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time. If the User does so, it does not mean that anything VIDEOSHOW.ai did with the User's personal data on the basis of the User's consent before the User withdrew it was unlawful, but VIDEOSHOW.ai will no longer use the User's personal data for that purpose in the future.

Upon receipt of a user's request for the above data rights, we will complete the verification and reply within 15 natural days, which can be extended to 30 working days for complex requests (in which case we will also notify You in advance).

8.Minor Privacy

This service is not available to individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor under the age of 18 is using the Application, we will immediately block access and delete their account. If You believe that a minor under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information through the Service, please contact us and we will endeavour to delete that information from our database.

9.Revisions to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy (or other documents related to the Privacy Policy) from time to time to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, operational requirements, our practices and other factors. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for updates. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when posted on this page. If any changes are unacceptable to You, You should discontinue Your continued use of the Service. We will notify You of any changes to this Policy when required by applicable law. We may also communicate significant updates directly through notices on the Site.

11.Supplemental Terms and Conditions for Certain Regions

European Economic Area (“EEA”), Switzerland, and UK

If You are using the Services in the EEA, Switzerland or the UK (the “European Region”), the following sections of this article also apply to You.

International data transfers.

Videoshow.ai processes Your Personal Data on servers located outside of the EEA, Switzerland and the UK for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. This includes processing and storing Your Personal Data in our facilities and servers in the United States or Japan. While data protection law varies by country and these countries may not offer the same level of data protection as Your home country, we apply the protections described in this policy to Your Personal Data regardless of where it is processed.

(2)You can object to our processing of Your Personal Data, ask us to restrict processing of Your Personal Data or request portability of Your Personal Data.
